The restorative powers of nature are the focus of this plan.  Water, the resource that gives life to the earth is the focal point. 

The flow of water leads us first to the research campus that serves as a gate way to knowledge and learning.

The gateway of research leads us to the education campus where future doctors and nurses and health professionals will learn their skills.

This is where the research and education are applied in practice. Healthcare services are available to all.  As is customary, the Royals have their own separate facility.
